Piho Hupo ist das Free Jazz Quartett um Pifnitzka (Sax, Vocals). Jeder der vier Musiker reizt die Möglichkeiten seines Instruments bis an die Grenzen aus und es entfaltet sich ein völlig eigenständiger Sound. Improvisation in höchster Form. Alleskönner, die an einem Abend, in einer Session, alle Spiel- arten von Kommunikation einsetzen: heftiger Diskurs, versöhnen, angenehme Unterhaltung bis hin zu einem Wutausbruch, der sich gewaschen hat.
